Pterygium

A surface growth related to sun exposure that may cause irritation or affect vision and can be treated surgically if required.

Eyelid Conditions and Procedures

Common eyelid lesions, cysts and age-related changes can be assessed, with selected minor procedures performed where appropriate.

Chalazion

A blocked eyelid gland can lead to a lump in the eyelid. Many resolve conservatively, while some require a minor procedure.

Glaucoma

Assessment includes optic nerve imaging and visual field testing, with management tailored to disease severity.

YAG Laser

In-rooms YAG laser treatment — for posterior capsular opacification after cataract surgery, and peripheral iridotomy for narrow anterior chamber angles.

Temporal Artery Biopsy

Dry eye can cause irritation, fluctuating vision and discomfort. Management may include lubricants, treatment of underlying inflammation and IPL in selected patients.
